"My sister and I arrived at 2:30 am and waited outside for 15 minutes before someone came to check us in after ringing the bell repeatedly. Lady did not apologize, but check in process was fairly quick. We ended up paying extra for a third guest when we were only two (my husband decided not to come last minute). We reserved a room with two beds and only got one. When we arrived in the room the front door would not latch, we saw three German cockroaches in ten minutes, the ceiling fan and ceiling were covered in dust, there was strong cigarette smoke and weed smell, burn marks in the quilt and curtains. I pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs as I always do, did not find any but there was no mattress protector and we suspected the sheets had not been washed. Bed was poor quality; thin mattress and ratty bedding. We left and dropped the key at the check in window (which was again unstaffed). On our way out we saw a police car pulling in. Don’t know what that was about but seems kind of sketchy. Total rip-off. Do not recommend."

"Rooms were spacious and clean. The lamp shades in bedroom needed dusting though. Also, there was only 1 working ice machine for all 4 floors."

"the first night at 11:30 pm the smoke alarm we off and told us to evacuate the because of fire !!! No smoke or fire so we called the front desk and they came and took the alarm out. we not a good sleep that night!!!!!! The next day they said they put a new one in (ha ha ) at 7:15 just got out of the shower and off the smoke alarm goes again!!!!! Tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work so my wife walks down and tells them, they come and take it out again!!!!! This time he shows us a new one and puts it up but says they can not fix the phone as they have been having problem with them for quite a while!!! WE cancel our stay for the next two nights vacation RUNIED JUST GO HOME!!!!!!! ;"

"This location does not clean your room daily and does not provide you with "door card" to let them know you don't want your room cleaned. They expect the customer to provide them notification A DAY BEFORE, before 9:00pm or else your room gets NO service. I did not expect this from a hotel charging $200 per night!"

"Room was clean, but the sheets had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom had missing molding, a hole cause by the door and could use a paint job since the ceiling was visibly stained with moisture and condensation from the hot showers taken in there. The refrigerator froze nearly everything even on the lowest setting. Staff was great and helpful. I would love to have rated it higher, but the conditions of the room and the wear of the bed coverings ultimately made the room look wore and not in a good way. Was fine for just me, but I would not bring my family here until some of the items listed in this review are seriously addressed. "
