"Love the amenities! Our toilet stopped flushing but just asked the front desk and they were on it right away. Appreciate the indoor pool, breakfast accommodation, and free water/coffee. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"Clean room with very comfortable bed in a great location with Yonge and Bloor subway lines 2 minute walk away. Parking is great. Staff are always super friendly and very helpful."

"Laundry service well hidden. Not used. Clean room. Coffee maker non functional. Microwave worked well. Friendly staff. Changed rooms when toilet kept running. Some receptacles did not work."

"Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "
