"Staff was very welcoming, great location, lots of little amenities that you wouldn’t consider, like the fridge in lobby for guest use (most hotels here don’t have mini bar fridge in room), sauna, and fixed cost for guests at competitive price for the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, homey, and clean. We only stayed one night, and didn’t get to fully enjoy it all, but would certainly rebook here! "

"The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. "I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time. "
