"What we appreciated most was the helpful front desk. They took the time to help me with air reservation problems and did the check-in at the appropriate time. The room was facing the street and had the view of the spectacular mountains. However, the room cleanliness was not the best, bedding not changed daily (we stayed for eight nights) and the bathtub was too high for elderly people. The breakfast was very disappointing with only minimal items. We ate dinner, but found that the hotel food was not as good as some of the neighboring restaurants, both in selection and taste. Dinner service was on the slow side."
