Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. Had an fantastic holiday in Interlaken. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very filling! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of The Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Wish we’d stayed for longer.

We were looking for accommodation two days before arriving so we had low expectations, however this hostel is amazing and a lot better than most Hotels we have stayed in. Great facilities (playing areas, kitchen, lounges) and super clean

We stayed at the Krebs hotel for 1 night in May23 & it was the best hotel (out of the 5 hotels) we stayed in Switzerland! Rooms: We booked for 2 single rooms & we were very pleased that we were upgraded to 2 double rooms. The rooms were spacious & one of them even have a balcony. Excellent location, very friendly staff. Opened the seminar room for afternoon prayers even after check out time Breakfast had very limited options, perhaps could have been better. Enjoyed the stay.

A lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. The dining options were not great (one of the restaurants was closed when we were there) but there are many other options in Interlaken. The breakfast was superb. Pleasant staff who worked hard to make the stay easy.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

The hotel was greta and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately our problem was with hotels.com The confirmation email to me said we were to get a bath in the room but when we checked into the hotel did not know about this. The hotel were really accommodating and found us one. Hotel was fantastic though

The hotel appeared to be in a residential area which gives a true feeling of being in Switzerland. The views are stunning and all the local attractions and train station were within a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was suitable for coeliac visitors

Central location short walk from Interlaken West station. Peter on reception was very helpful when enquiring about my itinerary. Room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, good range of continental optiins along with boiled or scrambled eggs available. Hot drinks available throughout the day. Would defo recommend

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Very warm welcome, room was clean, warm and very well maintained. Coffee machine available in the room. Despite being in the centre of the town there wasn’t much noise from the street, or from other guests as previous reviews have stated. The room was serviced each day to a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted by a lovely staff member who explained everything well and helped us with holding our bags before checking in. She was very friendly. The room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great view of the beautiful scenery. Great location near the train station too!

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda.
