All these type buildings in Surfers have the same issues. They are poorly maintained and superficially cleaned. This apartment (we got lumbered on the first floor which we hated) was poorly maintained….walls desperately need repainting and the carpets were filthy. They use contract cleaners who do the bare minimum to keep the apartment clean. The bed quilt was stained (disgusting) and the pillows old and worn. The stove knobs were greasy and dirty and the pull out sofa bed was disgracefully dirty. It’s not a bad apartment but it is dirty, stick. No poorly maintained.
