Overall, considering the Novotel name, the hotel feels more like a 2-star property. The location is good and the staff are especially nice, but the room condition is very poor—it’s an old and outdated hotel.

The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast
Every thing was great except when we were checking in it took about 30 mins lining up. Everybody was annoyed about the wait. Other than that everything was great
