Luxury in gili air

The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. My stay at Ambary House was everything I'd hoped for and more. Mr. Hadyan, the manager was extremely helpful and got in touch with me much before our stay to ensure everything was in order and offered his assistance with booking the fastboat to gili trawangan. He coordinated everything brilliantly. Mr.Arief was equally helpful right from the time we disembarked from our fastboat up until we left Ambary House. Heaven on Earth. Best place on Gili Islands

Casa Koko, what an incredible find! The house is situated just off the harbour and is in the perfect location for everything that you need. The house is beautiful and even though it's just off the Main Street, you can't hear any of the noise- it's your own little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were incredible, nice and quiet location off the main strip. Ideally suited for couples. Rooms were excellent. Free use of bicycles were of great use. Pool and bar were quiet. Food at the restaurant was outstanding. Joh and Daniel on the front desk were outstanding and looked after our every need! Would highly recommend/re-visit!

**Great hotel in a fantastic location** We had a really enjoyable stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a real highlight — spacious, modern and very clean, making them a great place to relax after a day out. There are a few areas that could be improved. The number of sun beds is limited, and the ones available aren’t particularly comfortable. Adding cushions would make a big difference....

Upon arrival we were greeted “welcome home” by very friendly and helpful staff, they kindly carried our luggage and provided welcome drinks. Check in was quick and easy. We were staying at the bungalow by the pool, which was very clean, beautifully decorated, private, with amazing ocean view. We literally didnt want to leave. We stayed in one of the lumbungs with a private pool - amazing! Totally worth the extra money. We had an upstairs room too so we had our own balcony. The room was large with a really nice view over the grounds. The decor was a bit sparse but it was comfortable. The food was lovely. They have just opened their new restaurant which is lit by fairy lights at night. Very romantic. Breakfast is al a carte which is always nice. Food prices are higher than some...

My partner and I stayed here for four day and we didn’t want to leave as this hotel was a paradise. The staff were amazing the food was delicious and conditions of the room that we stayed in were perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.
