Mr. Hadyan, the manager was extremely helpful and got in touch with me much before our stay to ensure everything was in order and offered his assistance with booking the fastboat to gili trawangan. **Great hotel in a fantastic location** We had a really enjoyable stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a real highlight — spacious, modern and very clean, making them a great place to relax after a day out. There are a few areas that could be improved. Upon arrival we were greeted “welcome home” by very friendly and helpful staff, they kindly carried our luggage and provided welcome drinks. Check in was quick and easy. We literally didnt want to leave. We stayed in one of the lumbungs with a private pool - amazing! Totally worth the extra money. We had an upstairs room too so we had our own balcony. The room was large with a really nice view over the grounds. The decor was a bit sparse but it was comfortable. The food was lovely.
