This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

We loved our five night stay at this resort. The room was exactly as pictured, the bed was very comfortable and we loved feeding the fish in the outdoor bathroom The food was great and we ate here multiple times instead of venturing out. This is THE most AMAZING place. From the moment we checked in (early) the staff were super friendly and the accomodation pure luxury. From cleaning the pool silently in the mornings before we awoke, to helping to provide ginger tea for my unwell partner, this staff were amazing. Would 100% go here again and 100% recommend to anyone else.

We loved this hotel and the location, yeah there are a few steps but worth every one to sit on your balcony and admire the view and relax. The ROM was nice too, very traditional and a decent size. The pool area is great too, lovely big pool was well kept gardens surrounding it.
