"We loved staying at Samala! The villas were spacious and well thought out. The included breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff were helpful and there was good cleaning service. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed Gili Meno so much. Our only complaint is the water situation. While we were there there was no fresh water from the taps. "If you are going to Gili stay here. Its located in the middle of the island and with complementary bikes and easy 5 minute ride will get you everywhere. The staff are all amazing and nothing is to much trouble. We stayed in the two room villa and it was perfect. The pool temp is refreshing and you can order food at any time. The food and drinks are also top quality are cheap. Dont bother shopping. Stay here, stay here, stay here."

Thid was not disclosed when booked, would not have booked here if had known this. Debris thrown into bathroom on one night, detracted from feeling of safety. Reasonably clean, pool could have been a lot cleaner, it was stated that it was cleaned daily but unlikely. Improvement would be sending a staff member to the harbour to meet guests and...
