I definitely recommend renting a bicyle to get around the island because you get to explore much more. "Stayed a Pera One for 2 nights, perfect spot as its only 5 minutes by bike to the sunset side and just under 10 minutes to the party side! Staff were wonderful and spoke great english, very helpful and bicycles included! Staff also helped us to organsie snorkelling and suggested places to go out :) "

"Our stay at Villa Bulan Madu was super relaxing, as there are only 5 villas on the property, which are set back from the road and beach. Our villa was absolutely huge, with a gorgeous wraparound verandah, and a cabana in the front garden. We loved the unique covered outdoor bathroom (the shower is uncovered) and having a lovingly prepared breakfast on the beachfront. The staff are so friendly and hospitable; be sure to see Eddy across the road for bike and snorkel hire, as well as tour bookings....

Thid was not disclosed when booked, would not have booked here if had known this. Debris thrown into bathroom on one night, detracted from feeling of safety.
