"The staff is great; polite, kind and helpful. The common area is very nice with pleasant music. The room turned out to be much smaller than portrayed in the photos, with only the bed to sit on. It had only one small window towards the room corridor, we kept that closed since whoever passes can see inside. The washroom needs maintenance as the toilet looses water and so does the shower glass so when one showers the water goes everywhere in the washroom. Found it to be overpriced for what it is....

I had an issue with my payment on check out and Hakan kindly assist me with my problem!!it was very stressful morning for me but he made sure that everything goes well!! "We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel appeared recently renovated so all the facilities were clean and in some cases brand new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tugba at the front desk, Tugba the events manager and Yakup the manager were great and checked in with us regularly to make sure our stay was good. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private...
