"We were attending an event at the Royal Amouries Museum and the hotel is perfectly located for this - just a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance. The room we had was very spacious with a large bed and sofa bed. Perfect for the three of us. The shower was powerful and had the addition of shampoo and body wash. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the one night stay. It was extremely quiet and the black out curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great too. A choice of six hot items as well as pastries and the coffee was good!"

"Room was in a bad state, communication with host was horrendous and would not answer phone and only emails sometimes, did not provide check in information before agreed upon time. Outright tried to scam with the parking by sending an email saying parking was confirmed and I received a PCN days later. Host stonewalled on this and I had to resolve via Expedia."
