"Arrived VERY late - 11pm., but rang ahead to inform reception earlier in the day. To our surprise, James who checked us in, was already briefed and prepared. Such a relief after a torturous journey and huge thanks to reception desk people from earlier in the day. Bravo ! James even suggested we sit down and relax for 30 minutes, enjoy a glass of wine, then take the bags up... I've never been told that in 20 years of travelling. The man knows his clients and their stress levels. He turned something exhausting, into a nice place to be. Thank you Team Leeds Armouries. "
