"Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet even though there were a million other people in that place. Very comfortable beds. They did a good job masking the construction while trying to make it as presentable as possible as of April 2026. As a childless person, I can only hope to never visit a Great Wolf Lodge ever again. ;) However, if you have kids and want them to be entertained for countless hours while you charge drinks to your room- then look no further! S & J Gran Cafe around the corner was great for breakfast outside of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk and the El Super was great for snacks and drinks with a heavy Mexican influence (obviously). The Shawarma House heading the other direction looked amazing but sadly we didn't get the chance to try it. Looked like a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy."

"The room was clean and was comfortable. Our check-in went great and parking was easy. The hotel has a great lobby area and also a small food hall connected for additional dining options. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for a great experience. "

"Sink in room was clogged, air conditioner stopped and made weird noises, had first room on bottom floor so everyone walked by and it was noisy. No privacy where room was located (if you wanted to open drapes for light). Had to get up early to see if we could park in the parking lot (why wouldn’t it be included the day you check out- aren’t people going back into the parks?). Parking cost more than half the room."
