"This hotel is beautifully maintained, has comfortable beds, and hot water that doesn’t disappoint. I absolutely loved the centrality of its location, being able to travel on-foot to everything downtown with great ease. Plus, the romantic inner-city views would melt the iciest hearts. "The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there 2 weekends in a row. The coffee shop was also closed while we were there and because they don't do a continental breakfast there was no way eat anything on the premise. The pool was also closed so that was really disappointing for our kids. We called ahead to make sure the restaurant was going to be open and we were told it was. This is one of the main reasons we stay at this property, so not having it open was a bummer. The front desk staff was wonderful and very apologetic but that doesn't make up for the lack of amenities."

"Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times)."

"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."
