"The staff was rude the moment I walked into the door. It’s not at all what the pictures look like!!! It was unsanitary. The hotel smelled like there was some sort of sewage leak. There was an obscene amount of Mold. Don’t recommend "

"The property is under construction/renovation. NO where during the booking process was i warned of this. Imagine my surprise when I walked into a lobby completely torn apart. There was dust dirt everywhere. Construction noise all day long. WE had to walk to another hotel for breakfast. There were no towel bars in the room and only one sink in a suite. On the last day of our stay they decided to rip up the carpet in the hallway outside our room and then install new. They were laying down the glue on the floor while we were in the room. If I hadn't been aware we would have been trapped in the room most of the day. They should have closed the place for renovations. What a disaster! Bad management. Don't stay here. If hotels .com is monitoring this review I would like a refund!"
