"There was black mold and fungus growing in the restroom. There was a cigarette left in the closet in my nonsmoking room. Listing claims on site parking was available, parking was by permit only. I have been trying to contact the property for the last week and have been unsuccessful."

"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"The property was great,inside and outside, house very clear and a lot of sun lights. Has everything you need. Beach equipment was a plus.Very close to the beach, just 2 short blocks. Area is super nice, quite, relaxing, safe. No night entertainment, almost everything close early. My fly and i had an incredible time. Beach is beautiful, clear water, white sand. Green turtle store has a huge amount of souvenirs.I felt in love with Ana Maria Island."
