"We had a great stay for a brief family trip. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The AC cooled the room which was a decent size for a Japanese hotel room. The decor was modern and open. "Cross X Hotel was an incredible experience for my husband and I. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming and made our Osaka experience so positive. The rooms were sized generously, the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The location is fantastic and 2 minutes walk from the Dontonburi attractions.
