"Novotel was great for a one night stay after an international flight. It was clean and comfortable and room service food was fine. Note there was no shuttle available from the airport to the hotel in the early evening - Uber was available. Don't book the personalized transfer options."
Allure Stradbroke Resort

"the accommodation needs a lot of attention. Whilst this is located centrally on the island and within walking distance to beach and pub the cleanliness of the accomodation was 4/10. For the amount of money you pay you would expect the place to be in a better condition, however, we find this with a lot of the houses on Stradbroke Island, the attention to detail is not there, big cobwebs everywhere, broken slates, missing remote controllers to air con units, sand everywhere."
