"Room was very clean, had towel exchange a couple of times during the week. Very efficient.All staff we had dealings with were courteous and helpful. Wifi was on and off. Though it showed a connection, speeds were varied. Sometimes not able to load a page. Was our second time at this property, happy to return again. Convenient location, is great to be able to have breakfast with the view."

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt regency. Convenient location, great facilities and clean. One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. Liked the lennons bar, didn’t eat but drinks were good and reasonably priced"

I mentioned I spent almost 3 months at The Westin in Malaysia on business and was very happy. Aden surprised me by upgrading my stay. I was in Brisbane to attend my son’s wedding.
