"I wanted a chill place with space and got a lovely "shack" with a loft bedroom, a lawn out back that ran to the forest. Home Beach was a five minute walk. Very good restaurant for breakfast and lunch (no dinner). This was my kind of place. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland.
The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room.
The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient.
Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."
