We had an amazing stay. The jacuzzi was a highlight. Also Freiburg is so charming.

Very well run hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Food is excellent but breakfast (whilst still excellent) is pricey at €30. Location of hotel excellent - right next to old town and the train station

The location cannot be faulted being right on the rathausplatz and an easy walk to everything. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the square. My only suggestion would be having a kettle in the room or perhaps a small fridge. There is certainly enough space in the room and this would have added a lot.

Lovely place to stay, close to centre

The location was perfect - lovely hotel in the country. The aesthetics of the hotel suited the locale. The food was superb and the dining ambience (both inside and outside) made for an even better gastronomic experience. The family are professionals in service. The room was ok. There were 3 things I was not so comfortable with: - there were only 2 shade curtains which were not wide enough to span the windows so facing the east, sunlight crept in too early. - There was a tv but way too large...

Traditional style hotel on the outskirts of Freiburg avoiding driving through the centre of the city. Free parking available at the hotel and 5 minute walk to tram stop to get into the city. City has many interesting historic buildings and attractions.

Spotlessly clean room. Perfect for 1 night business stay.

The hotel might be a little out of the way, but it is only a short walk from station and city centre, set in a quiet street with no through traffic. The hotel describes itself as "boutique" and I cannot think of a better word to describe it. Nicely furnished, clean and very friendly

Great location for visiting Europa-Park and the Black Forest. There is a lovely restaurant next door and a beautiful town 10-15 min walk away with a few more lovely restaurants and taverns. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Great location and really helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation and facilities were very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a ‘small house’ as a family- 2 adults and 2 teens. Only down side was my husband’s snoring which the kids complained about! But can’t fault the accommodation for that. They were a bit apprehensive about the shared facilities but actually all worked really well given how long it can take for them to get ready!

Clean room and very friendly staff

A superb apartment/hotel and really excellent value. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Excellent location on the north side of Freiburg city centre with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, it’s only 12 minutes into the city. I was checked in early with very little fuss. I didn’t have a car but parking is limited and expensive compared with the excellent value overall for the hotel. There is a supermarket directly across the street and cafes within a minutes walk.
