"I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it. "

"While I enjoyed my stay, and don’t get me wrong, the rooms are perfectly ok but could do with freshening up and I’m only saying this because if they would match the Michelin-class food, this could be a serious destination for foodies in the Black Forest, which is blessed with great food anyway, but suffers in losing winter tourism due to the declining snow season. "Great Location nice devot great room we had large great view friendly staff"

"Gros problème de stationnement. L'accueil du propriétaire est froid. La chambre N°10 est decevante au vu du prix, dans les combles avec velux, literie à revoir, douche très petite (mansardée)et pas de gel douche. Pas de télé dans la chambre. Bonne surprise, le petit-déjeuner est compris , très correct et un petit clin d'œil à un jeune homme qui travaille dans l'établissement qui parle français et qui est très serviable."
