She has no respect for herself, nor for the company she represent and none for clients. She and the security officer, on duty that night, are the worse employees I've ever seen in my live."

"The room was wonderful and we really enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. But breakfast was ghastly. The eggs were obviously powdered and even then seemed like they had been cooked earlier and reheated. The hash browns were also the texture of something reheated. Not worth eating."
