The key cards and locks have had issues every time, this time specifically the lock on my door took two or three attempts before it would actually unlock and open. Parking is terrible. They have only 1 luggage cart. "

"The staff were great, the room was large. The mattress was obviously older, but still comfy. An older building. Things have been remodeled. It is not a high-end hotel but was perfect for what I needed and for the price. Breakfast had few options, but was perfect for me. This hospital is close to St Francis hospital and it made things easy for me. "
