"Staff was super friendly and helpful.felt like d friends when I realized I had left all my makeup home. They gave directions to 2-“mart, palmetto place where I have.a meeting tomorrow, and suggestions on where to eat. The room was attractive and clean. I do have two suggestions a safety rail in the shower because it is slippery and repair the desk chair. It doesn’t sit flat on all the legs. The room was peaceful, attractive, well situated , and clean ."

"Great for a one night stay while driving through! Very new and clean. Gym had up to 75lbs dumbbells which was awesome! Would’ve been nice to have coffee machine in the room, as you had to go down to lobby in the morning to get one. Didn’t try the pool, but looked very nice and had great outdoor seating. "

"Easy check in & out. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC kept room comfortable. We didn’t want breakfast, but we picked up couple bananas for later. Breakfast choices smelled and looked yummy. If we need to stay in Florence again, we definitely will return."
