"My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Sonesta hotel. The ladies at the front desk were attentive from the beginning of our stay to the very last second - especially Brandy. Brandy is awesome and needs a raise! The breakfast buffet was also good - they have turkey options for non-pork eaters so that was a win for me. "We had a great stay at the Aloft Charlotte City Center. My girlfriend and I were in town for a Hornets game on our way to a wedding nearby. The room was great with solid views of the city. Location was excellent for the game and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. At the bar, we asked for a recommendation for lunch in Rock Hill, SC and got a fantastic recommendation for Helen's Hot Chicken and had a great conversation. The check in is up an elevator, which can be tricky to find if you aren't made aware ahead of time, but thankfully our driver knew the area. Check-in was smooth, room was clean and staff was awesome. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. "
