The Phoenicia Malta - The Leading Hotels of the World

Floriana

10/10 Excellent

Hotel Phoenicia was a lucky choice for our first visit to Malta. Ideally positioned to walk into Valetta, and easy to get to everywhere by car. Bus station would have been possible too as just beside the hotel. The Hotel oozed colonial charm especially The Club bar where the service was impeccable. We chose the Pegasus restaurant for main meals and had the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. No chance of starving. Preferred the more intimate setting of the Pegasus. The service was first...

Tritoni Valletta Boutique Hotel

Floriana

10/10 Excellent

The Hotel is well situated about 500-600m from the main entrance to city of Valletta, very easy walking and enjoyable views. The rooms were very clean, but could possibly do with a touch up here and there. All the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful - always very smiley. Breakfast was plentiful and if you find the cooked breakfast a little cold for your liking then only need to mention it to the staff and they will cook fresh to order. There is a hot tub in the 4th floor - roof top...

Excellent location right at the heart of Valletta close to just about everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Rooftop small pool and loungers with a stunning view of the harbour. Breakfast was included with a good range of hot food from the menu. Nice little bar. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Just come back at from a wonderful stay at Palais Le Brun. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic. Nice breakfast. Spacious, very clean and very quiet. Hotel is a only a short walking distance to just about everything in Valletta. Plenty of nearby shopping, dining galore and interesting historical places to visit. Desk was very helpful in arranging transport and advice on day trips and booking. The roof area with the pool was a nice place to relax after a long day....

Clean rooms with modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower. Very polite staff. Good selection of cooked and continental food for breakfast. Spa pool in the basement is peaceful. Pool suitable for relaxing not laps. A dozen or so comfortable loungers. A steam room and sauna for 3/4 people. Plenty of free towels and water. Rooftop pool with similar loungers. Not sure if it’s heated but was comfortable on a warm day. We would stay again.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

I took my wife to Malta for her birthday, I found this beautiful boutique hotel by chance on Expedia...what a find!!! The hotel is amazing, an old building restored to its former glory and more. Our garden view room was brilliant, so clean, good shower & the bed was very comfy. The balcony was a lovely extra touch. On arrival the staff had put a birthday card for my wife and a bottle of wine in our room...what a lovely gesture. The food at the hotel, was great. Lovely buffet style breakfast & a...

This is an absolute gem. I came to Malta to work in the mornings and explore in the afternoons. The studio apartment is well equipped and proved to be an excellent base. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are some good bars hidden away nearby. It is a short walk to the tourist areas. Cabs are cheap and easy to get. I stayed for an extra week. In fact, I am still here and considering spending the rest of the winter here!
