"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Great hotel in a very good location, close to ferry and bus terminals. With lots of great restaurants close by We were disappointed to find out the spa and indoor pool were an extra expense and across the road. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs,which were incredibly runny,very granular in texture and i suspect not made from fresh eggs. Great system of digital key pad for room entry means you never risk losing your key. We would recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly "
