We had a good, spacious room with a comfortable bed, large shower and a lovely view. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooftop restaurant was very good; again with a great view. The decor everywhere was very stylish. The hotel is in a perfect spot for all the sights, shopping, restaurants, bars and within easy reach of the harbour for boat trips. The only negatives were that our balconies (we had two) were very small and there was only one chair between the two of them! (We did not point this out to the staff though, so we probably should have!) On the Friday and Saturday nights it was pretty noisy until about 2 in the morning and the windows and curtains did not shut the noise out. However, this did not spoil our enjoyment of our stay there and the noise was singing and happy shouting - just people having a good time (no trouble of any kind as far as we could tell).

We stayed here 18 months ago and were equally happy with this visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff could not be more helpful and we would definitely stay again on an expedia package. Only warning I'd give is that our room this time was on the street and was a little nosier on Friday night. It didn't disturb us but light sleepers might struggle?

The property is lovely. We stayed over the weekend and had trouble falling asleep on Friday as they had some local bars holding a Karaoke session. Other than that, service was warm and friendly, and the terrace is spectacular.

A beautiful hotel. Great interior design throughout. A roof terrace/restaurant and swimming pool with unrivalled views across the whole of Valletta. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location in the centre of the old time is perfect for visitors interested in the history of this fascinating city.
