"This was my second stay at this property. The staff is always wonderful. The ladies who work the breakfast service are so sweet. The hotel is clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to see in Florence. It’s less than 5 min to walk to the Duomo, 10 min walk to Accademia, 5 min walk from the train, across the street from the central market. There’s a great bar next door too. Perfect for first time visitors to Florence. "

"Second stay at this beautiful property! Lovely rooftop breakfast each day and on a quiet street. Convenient to the train station - about a 10-15 minute walk and 20-30 minute taxi to airport. Historical area is walkable or a short taxi away."

"Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel "
