"Don’t be misled by the comments — most of them seem driven by travel bookings, and guests are often asked to leave ratings. Apart from the rooms, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was poor — spoiled papaya was served, and even after informing the staff, the bowl wasn’t cleared. We also requested a hotel car, but they arranged a taxi instead, and the driver tried to overcharge us. Would recommend avoiding this place — there are plenty of better options available."

"We have had a wonderful stay at the Tajview Hotel. Our room is lovely, with an amazing view of the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing. Best of all was dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Sky Deck, where we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian platter (special thanks to Head Chef Krishna). Such a special memory to enjoy a lovely dinner with a view of the Taj Mahal at sunset All the staff have been so warm and welcoming, especially Sebastian at reception and Amit at the Sky Deck restaurant. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast was excellent and the dinner buffet had a great variety. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Nervendra, who arranged our airport pickup and helped coordinate tours during our stay in Agra—he made everything very easy for us. The only downside was the Presidential Suite. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long black hairs in the tub and shower from previous guests, mold-like residue on the shower head and handles, and rust/dark mold around the tub edges. The TV also didn’t work, possibly due to dead batteries in the remote. For guests booking the Presidential Suite, these basic cleanliness and maintenance details should not be overlooked."

"Wonderful welcome and kind service. The suite was so comfortable with separate lounge and dining area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Loved the location and exceptional service from the bell desk in assisting with luggage. "

"Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, particularly when contrasted with the misleading positive reviews online. The hallways were very dim with odd blue lighting, the walls were stained, and the room had a strong musty smell. We even saw cockroaches during our short stay. The sheets appeared dirty, the shower barely worked with only lukewarm water, and not even the basic necessities of toilet paper and soap were provided. Thankfully we were only there for about 6 hours, but I would not recommend this place."
