Beautiful hotel. Easy to get about close to the hawker centre, satay street and across the road from the metro. The views from the pool were spectacular and was able to swim till 12am.

As a single female traveller visiting at a very busy time of year (Singapore F1) I am sometimes overlooked with staff being very busy. Here I found there was great attention to in-house guests and was never made to feel awkward or ignored.. Every little detail was covered and it was the perfect stay

The staff was super attentive and helpful. The property had a nice airy feel to the place which in Singapore is a rarity as all hotels are high rises with buildings on all sides . What I did not like was the rooms were small And so were the bathrooms . Very tight squeeze for a luxury hotel . Upgrades are difficult to come by in terms of points as their loyalty program has its limitations as the brand geographical spread is limited . The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

Very nice relaxing experience. Great rooms with beautiful views (shame about the building works opposite thou, hopefully won't spoil the view from the pool side). Breakfast food fantastic with lots of options and choices. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific for 12 nights in November and loved everything about the suites. Comfortable lounge and bedroom with fantastic views of the Singapore Flyer. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast served everyday except Sunday with good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order as well as oriental dishes. The hotel was very good. When I arrived I was upgraded and the room is very nice and clean. There is only one restaurant in the hotel but the food is excellent. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is also very clean. The hotel has a nice quite and peaceful atmosphere close to the center but away from all the noise.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.
