One week before arrival they called and took details and confirmed for our arrival. 30 minutes before our early arrival we received an email that said to call Club Wyndam Resorts in Sedona AZ. because they had “downgraded” our room. I called and they said they had overbooked and the only thing available were two downgraded rooms and would have to separate us. "The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. For breakfast there was warm food, cereals, fruit, etc. There is free parking at the property. It is easy to get to restaurants from the hotel. Things to remember: if you have a downstairs room, the window overlooks the parking spots. If you have room next to the ice-maker, you will hear it working at night. The surrounding of the hotel is not filled with trees. "
