Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful stay"

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice modern hotel with huge room, thick windows to block out any sound of the airport. Extremely handy to terminal 2! We arrived by Underground and it was very easy to find. Good signage. One minute walk across the parking garage and you’re there. Runway lounge had great sunset and airplane views but limited menu, lower level lounge and restaurant also nice and had lots of options. Will absolutely stay here every time we’re out of Heathrow from now on."

"Got there after a late flight, no staff around only self service check in, but despite there being a few other guests (all men) checking in there wasn’t a wait as there was enough machines. The signs to where to go for the room I was given were confusing. A security guard appeared and despite me having my receipt and keycard in my hand he asked to see and then said out loud my room number. As a lone female guest, I didn’t appreciate that considering there was several men there. No sense of security from him. The room I was in was down so many long corridors. When I finally got there it was a basic room, but I expected from the price. The positives were the tv was big (watched the end of England friendly) and there was biscuits with the tea & coffees which was appreciated. The bathroom was run down but for one night it was fine. My issue was I had to get up and leave early. I didn’t check the hairdryer when I arrived as I wanted to sleep. Before my shower in the morning I searched the entire room, but there was no hairdryer. I’m very pleased I did this as if I had washed my hair I’d have been either late asking for staff to bring one, or had to leave with wet hair. If I stay again I’d remember this. I’d also definitely not be able to manage the stairs to the room with a suitcase, but I only had a backpack so was fine this time."

Leonardo London Heathrow Airport

"Nice hotel, great staff but very noisy. Lots of comings and goings with people in rooms, buses and taxis coming and going at all hours. Tough to sleep to be honest, don’t feel rested at all."

Sofitel London Heathrow

"If you accept that it’s an airport hotel and therefore a conveyor belt of people then it’s fine (if expensive) for its convenience to T5. Check in usually involves a queue, the bedrooms need a general update and the in room tech is antiquated (only miracast for the TVs - no plug sockets next to the bed let alone usb’s - touch button light switches broken etc). Feels a bit of a time warp really and could do with a refurb."

Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

"Room was fine, staff was helpful, restaurant was ok, and bed slept great although it was very low……..except there were these tiny nat type flies flying around….. the hallways were void of any type of ventilation, which was creepy. ***Overall it was a perfect stay for layover flight."

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG
6/10 Okay
"Best: an easy walk via link bridge from Terminal 2. (Go to Departures Zone G to follow signs.) Room was quiet, clean, decent sized. Only amenities shampoo and hand/body wash (bring your own lotion.) Dinner salad meh. Front desk staff loaned me a 3-prong because the room outlets only fit older iPhone plugs. A critical save! Allow 45 minutes if you are transferring to other terminals, and get a free ticket at the kiosk to pass through ticket gate. Ample staff answered my questions but sharing this in case no one is available to help other travelers."
