"The services by Nick were impressive & courtesy. He showed me the alternative bus to airport & walked to show where the little bus stop is. I checked out early, and he was there to help. Facility is old & not so clean. No towel, mattress was old & thin. No bed bugs though. "

"The stay was great but use convenient lockers offered in shared rooms to avoid theft. My valuable items were not scared properly because I did not have a lock for the locker and I had jewelry stolen from me in my room. Make sure to bring a lock. 🔐 I was unaware the items were gone until after I checked out and was too far away to turn back"

"I have never stayed at a Hostel only Hotels so I can only speak for this stay at ITH. My first experience was great. The staff were friendly and everything was organized/self explanatory. I was so nervous prior to arriving but my 2 night stay was nice. Thank you ITH Pacific!"

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "
