"I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and professional. One of the best things was its location — very close to Istanbul Airport, which made my travel so convenient. The taxi service arranged for me was on time, smooth, and very comfortable. It brought me straight to the hotel without any issues. The price of the hotel was quite reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay near the airport. "

"One issue - we booked a room for four, but upon arrival they gave us 2 rooms and we did not get proper explanation, why! (maybe language barrier?) Although there was no extra fee, but it caused some inconvenience as we traveled as a family. Another point for improvement - i suggest to the hotel owner - you can offer 2 card keys to make the stay more comfortable."

"My husband gave a very well deserved compliment for the hospitality of the lady who waited on us at the desk. It was our last stay of our almost 6 week vacation before leaving Istanbul, and rightfully so, he said that she was the friendliest staff member that we encountered on our entire trip. We had great staff everywhere we went but this one was exceptional. She was so pleasant and went over and above to make our short stay exactly perfect. The FlyPoint Airport hotel provided us with everything that we needed. They arranged the shuttle service for us to and from the airport, and the room had everything that we needed. They were very good at communicating on the WhatsApp. The price was so much better than staying at the IST airport. It really was the perfect place for us to be as we had an early 4:00 am flight to catch, and a short 10-15 minute drive to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the FlyPoint Airport Hotel."
