"The Room is very Clean, the Bed is soft and comfortable i was sleeping like in the heaven. I would definitiv recommand this Hotel to everyone. Just one point is important here to say, when i was there, there was a lot of wind and snow so you will soon understand, that the isolation of the building is very bad. "Our stay was brief for a quick airport layover. Would highly recommend as the service and room were excellent. Pity we didn’t have time for breakfast as it looked very nice. Highly recommend the Operla 10/10!! "

"Only complaints that I have was that at the reception they mentioned that we were allowed 20% discount if we order from the restaurant and we place a room service order and even though you have to go down to pick up yourself the order at the restaurant they didn't honor the 20% discount because we didn't eat at the restaurant. Which doesn’t make any sense for the price we pay of the hotel and the food. Either airside or landside are relatively close only convenience will be if you required to request a Visa or not for staying on the lamdside."
