"The placement of the mirror on inside bathroom door is unfortunate. I think it is safe to say most people do not want a full length view of doing their business on the toilet! Also, would like to have seen higher quality bread & muffins at breakfast. Cheap wheat bread is NOT delicious."

"We stopped in Eureka overnight on our way up to Seattle. The town was not super exciting, but this historic hotel was pretty cool and I'm glad we stayed here. The wifi in the rooms was pretty much non-existant, but we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful lobby while a couple of us were working on our computers. While they had breakfast, it was pretty sparce."

"Variety of breakfast items were good; scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, breads... Standard fare. Would have given a 5 star rating had there been access to rooms from lobby and breakfast lounge. I understand rooms are likely safer without access, but it is inconvenient wLking outside to a hallway to rooms."
