We had a really good time in this hotel. The room was pretty comfortable except that it didn't have A/C or fans and it was quite hot and humid while we were there. The staff is very friendly and breakfast was great. Thank you!

Beautifully thought out hotel. Fabulously eco friendly . Lovely breakfast. Spa area was beautiful. Make sure you call ahead in plenty time if you want a massage

The room was incredibly big and spacious. It was perfect!

Its a good location close to the shopping malls and within easy walking distance of the Hugenot town (old town to most tourists, although there is also Alt-Erlang across the river which was the original old town back in the 17th century). The hotel itself is modern. Rooms are reasonable size, there is parking below the hotel, and staff are genuinely helpful.

A brilliant little hotel that oozes charm. The hotel has lots of personality and is quite different from the generic mass consumption hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is a communal fridge that can be used, a small library, a terrace, and a lovely little garden. The room and the services was nice, for this reason I Chosen for a second time

Hotel has convenient location close to motorway. The rooms were spacious, clean, but looked little bit outdated, however, well equipped. Staff on reception and in breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers big variety for breakfast and it was good value for money. If we would travel through Germany in future, we would definitely book again.

Excellent breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Property right in the centre with direct tube line to airport a 3 min. walk.

We chose the hotel on the basis of location (easy walk from station, on a pedestrianised street), a listing in the Rough Guide and excellent online reviews. They weren't wrong: the staff were consistently attentive and cheerful and obviously got on well in an environment they knew was reliably good, and offered help without pushing it. Spotlessly clean room and excellent light, including for reading - really appreciated this. The evening glass of wine, along with informed comments on the...
