The Front Desk Manager Rabiah made all the difference in the world -- the Housekeeping staff was always professional and exceptionally professional.

The hotel is good - but, the personnel are Exceptional - Starting with Rabiah the front-desk manager / cook / concierge provided exceptional service at breakfast, was helpful with directing us to a laundry facility, grocery stores and restaurants. The Housekeeping team were also very diligent, polite, helpful and very thorough. Nicky was delightful and thorough Karisa was very polite and was very willing to help my wife move through the hotel and finally, Sam was exceptionally thorough. All of the personnel at the hotel truly increased our overall experience by "Two" Stars!

L'hotel è molto carino, il personale è gentilissimo ed è un grande piacere parlare e comunicarci. Punti positivi la camera era molto graziosa. La colazione abbondante e gustosa. Il posto è molto carino. Il garage compreso nel prezzo è un plus non indifferente. Hanno il ristorante nella struttura, ma non fa parte dell'hotel. L'albergo dista pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, per cui si può anche visitare il paese, che è molto bello. Punti negativi riscontrati Assenza di ascensore per i piani superiori nel settore suites, questo è un problema se porti molti bagagli Prese nella stanza tutte sotto i mobili per cui potrebbe essere necessario cavi lunghi per i devices ma ci si organizza l'hotel non ha acceso il riscaldamento in questi giorni in cui la temperatura è scesa e c'era un po' di freddo. Le pareti tra le camere non sono molto spesse per cui in alcuni singoli momenti vi è del rumore ma in generale l'hotel è molto silenzioso. Per il resto l'hotel è un bellissimo posto in cui tornerò se ci ricapito.

War für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Eines der schrecklichsten Hotels in dem ich in meiner 7jährigen Aussendiensttätigkeit genächtigt habe. Alles eine vollkatastrophe! Mobiliar alt, Bad schimmelig, Betten weich, Frühstück schlecht. Nie wieder !!!!

Fehlender Service

Leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir sind um 15:00 Uhr eingetroffen und mussten zusehen, wie wir an unser Zimmer kommen. Ab 21:00 Uhr war dann auch das benachbarte Restaurant geschlossen, so dass man keinerlei Bewirtung mehr hatte. Leider war auch nichts in der Minibar und noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Wären wir morgens 10 Minuten später zum Frühstück gekommen hätten wir auch kein Brötchen mehr bekommen. Genug gemeckert. Das Hotel war ansonsten sehr gepflegt und wenn man Personal getroffen hat, war dieses sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ligger lite avsides, men inga problem att promenera till tåget (ca 15 minuter). Finns en restaurang i samma byggnad med bra mat, men inte så mycket mer runt omkring. Rummet var bra storlek, i bra skick och städat. Det enda som var mindre bra var att det saknades eluttag vid sängen, vilket kan vara lite problematiskt då man gärna vill kunna ladda sin telefon. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Frukosten var klart värt sitt pris.

Ein rundum sympathisches Hotel mit Stil.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und begeistert von der natürlich- ungezwungenen großen Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals, die sich wohltuend von dem Floskelunwesen in anderen Hotels abhebt. Das familiäre Ambiente, das geräumige Zimmer und die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück im Freien am Fischteich haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Positiv: Die "gut bügerliche" zugehörige Gaststätte. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Negativ: Sehr enge Parkplatzsituation. Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum und deshalb "Stau" rund um das Buffet. Das " Haus" ist insgesamt "in die Jahre gekommen".

Var der som overnatningssted i forbindelse med Messe det opfyldte klart det formål. Parkeringsfaciliteterne var ikke så gode (manglede pladser) Restauranten på stedet var god lidt ærgerligt man ikke kunne få maden på værelsesbonnen. Manglede måske lidt tv kanaler der er mere internationale og flere programpladser var med samme kanaler Fandt heller aldrig Fitnessrummet
