"I had a very good stay at this hotel in Nuremberg. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get to public transportation without any hassle. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Overall, everything met expectations and made for a smooth and enjoyable stay. "Staff very rude or not helpful. Gave attitude of we were bothering them. We were told at check in we could charge breakfast to room. Lady at breakfast said no we couldn’t. Went to pay they said yes to charging to room. Lady at breakfast again said no. Finally they let us eat but we had to pay. Next day we just paid up front. Terrible attitudes. No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. Felt crappy having to take roll of paper from front desk clerk as they were checking in people "
