The lighting was warm and cozy however it is not practical at all. The toilet sound mechine would always turn on when I am busy taking care of business, which I found annoying. The hotel staff are so incredibly helpful and their English is great!

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge, comfortable and sparkling clean every day. Hotel offers you free toiletries and complementary welcome drinks every day. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing stay in Shonan.

Overnight stay due to business in Enoshima.

Very clean hotel. Reasonable size of the room. Free coffee, tea, happy hour for those keen on beer. We enjoyed breakfast as well for only 1400 yen per person which was served as buffet. Close to 7/11, ATM , train station and restaurants.

Spa is excellent

Great hotel. Staff are very pleasant and kind. They have packets of tea in the lobby with a huge selection! Jasmine, chai, green, red etc you name it. Spacious rooms although the bathroom is small.

The shops and Fujisawa station were close by (Conveniant store across the road directly in front if the hotel was great for snacks). Staff were very helpful and understood english very well

Lovely spacious room with lots of ammeties provided. Helpful and friendly staff. A short walk from the station and beach makes it one to highly recommend.

Fantastic friendly check-in!

Location is very good, one train stop from Kamakura and the monorail connects with Enoshima. The hotel has all the facilities we needed with the benefit of lower rates than Kamakura. Ofuna is a true taste of a Japanese suburb with great shops and lost of reasonably priced restaurants

Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.
