The room was very tired and dated. The carpet worn and separating at the join. Approx 20cm step up into the bathroom with the toilet bowl extending across entry into bathroom making entry awkward. Lift response time generally good, except at peak (group) checkin when many floors used. For a very large hotel catering to international guests, some front of house staff spoke/understood English very well, however others not very competent leading to some confusion when making inquiries, such as arrival times for Airport Limosine bus, and approximate time to allow to get to Haneda airport. Overall though convenient location, relatively comfortable stay, and stunning views of Yokohama.

If you are traveling with a JR pass it is the perfect hotel. You can be on the Shinkansen in 5 min. From your room. We bounced around all over Japan. It so convenient.
