I liked it a lot room is big and confortable Its five minutes away from the shinkansen exit The only but was that when I tried to access the skyview to take some photos apparently you need to reserve for the teppanyaki restaurant, or that what I understood from the lady that shooed me (very politely) away :)

If you are traveling with a JR pass it is the perfect hotel. You can be on the Shinkansen in 5 min. From your room. We bounced around all over Japan. It so convenient.

Nice stay. Clean and comfortable room. Professional and Friendly Hotel Staff. Extra pluses- 7-11 convience store onsite, close proximity to major train station and good variety of restaurant options.

Great place

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only things I could suggest would be to extend the hours of the restaurant/bar in the main lobby and to add comfortable seating in the main lobby. There is plenty of space to do so.
