"A beautiful experience as always. The staff are outstanding and this is why this is the ONLY hotel we reside at when we visit Dubai. This experience was different due to the conflict so no theme park experience or shuttle to JBR which was to be expected, but nevertheless we felt at home during our stay due to our beautiful family (Lapita staff). Thank you for yet another amazing stay. Tara, Judy, Lucy, Zayn, Mujammil, Serena, Sahil, Rebecca and STANLEY, we miss you already!!! Till next time, take care!"

"Air conditioning was not working the whole night and we couldn’t sleep The most funny is they came to our room at 4 am to try to fix the room instead of offering us a new room and they didn’t fix it and we stayed in the same room Not good stay at all"

"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."
