"We went off season. There are two buildings and has plenty of parking. The main building is on the boardwalk and offers free breakfast. The room was large and clean. My only complaint is that the hallway by our room needed a vacuum and wasn’t done the 4 days we were there. Also when the room was limited service cleaned, while we were there the cleaner forgot to take out the bathroom trash which was annoying."

"If you are looking for a place to crash with no frills at an affordable price, this will do the trick. We are a room 228 oceanfront. Room had a few minor issues. Slow draining tub when taking a shower. Almost reminded my fiance and I of a duck pond. Door to the balcony was not properly sealed. We could hear and feel the cold air coming through, but wasn't terrible. The knob to the door was also not working properly. If you were not careful, you could lock yourself out on the balcony. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Nice to have for the price of the room. Front desk staff was at awesome at check-in, because he upgraded us to an oceanfront room. Friendly guy as well!"

"This was our 6 or 7th stay. We love this hotel. Perfect location. Right on the beach. Close to all attractions and short drive to Assateague! Nice pool. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff! "
