"This was the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. After driving all day, we arrived at the Embassy Suites at 8pm where I was told that their parking garage was full! I was told if I could find a parking spot on the street, I could park there but had to move the car by 7am. The other option was to try the parking garage down the street, and she rattled off some address I wrote down, never mentioning it was the parking garage for the Ritz Carlton which would have been very helpful instead of driving around in the dark trying to read the street numbers on the surrounding parking garages. Also, I had called the Embassy Suites customer service number twice in the days before our trip to discuss the parking situation and was assured it would be no problem. It was a HUGE PROBLEM. The breakfast buffet was so packed, expect to what in a long line for food, for clean dishes etc. They don’t have enough help cleaning off tables, it’s a zoo. We finally would get coffee at the hotel but would walk to a bakery behind Walgreens for breakfast instead of dealing with the chaos. Same could be said for the “happy hour” in the evening and the District Tap restaurant. They had two bartenders, one waitress and one bus person. That’s it. It’s chaos. "

"Helpful staff, beautiful room, great views. This hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and it truly was one of the best experiences. "

"Great location would stay again. About 10 min walk from 2 metro stations. Does not have a manager reception like most Hilton properties. If your room is near Casta’s Thursday thru weekend- you will hear crowds cheering , music. But we were so tired we didn’t care. "

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."
