"Make sure you're not assigned a room connected only by a door, as you can hear everything said in that room. Also, ensure that if there are pets in the adjoining room, they are not left alone at night. At 1:00 AM, we complained to the front desk about the dog's constant barking, and it was resolved, but the guests were very noisy upon arrival."

"We were right next to the IHOP so I didn't have any breakfast here but the room was great. Very clean, comfy bed, and close to everywhere I need to go. This is my third time staying here and I never have any trouble. Truly a hidden gem for a great price considering every other hotel in the area. "

"The room was clean as always and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included hot and very good. I take a lot of cruises and this is my go to hotel when I cruise out of Miami. I have stayed there as a solo traveler, with my husband and we have traveled with our grandsons and stayed there. We have always been very happy. I remember the first time we arrived at it from the airport and the Uber driver said we were at one of the best hotels in Miami and he was right! 5 stars out of 5 for sure!"

"It was cheap and well located. The air conditioning was very loud and didn’t work well. The shower dribbled on you and the sink didn’t empty. We looked on the pool which had large missing pieces of plaster in the bottom. The place wasn’t for me and I won’t go back."

"Everything about that hotel was terrible. There was zero maintenance, the elevator sounded awful, like it was going to fall, and there were no towels. All three days I was there, I asked for towels and they told me they were full and didn't have any more. There was a coffee machine at reception, and when I asked for cups, they said there weren't any, but there weren't any cups for three days. Then I managed to get a cup, and the machine still didn't have coffee. There's a man at reception who, when I arrived or left, I greeted, but he didn't return my greetings and always had a sour look on his face. That place should be shut down."

"Great convenient location, excellent value for Brickell, quiet spot. Really liked the self parking in the hotel garage at prices much less than neighboring hotels. Publix across the street and near the train. "
